Job responsibilities:
1. Instrumentation design and development: Responsible for structural design, hardware development (e.g. optical system, electronic circuit) and signal processing algorithm development of instrumentation.
2. Technical documentation: complete design drawings (CAD, SolidWorks), BOM list and process documents (e.g. operating instructions), participate in the preparation of medical device registration documents.
3. testing and optimization: conduct performance testing and solve technical problems on site.
4. Inter-departmental collaboration: guide the production department to complete the instrument assembly, provide technical training, optimize the production process.

Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in instrumentation, automation, optics, electronic engineering, mechanical design and other related majors;
2. Proficient in the use of EDA tools (Altium Designer, Cadence) or optical design software (Zemax);
3. knowledge of medical device regulations (e.g. in vitro diagnostic reagent registration requirements) or petroleum logging technology is a plus;
4. lab project experience or internship (e.g. precision instrument design, sensor development) is required;
5. meticulous, innovative, and able to adapt to the work rhythm of a long R & D cycle.
